Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge is built high up the Nteko Ridge on the southern side of the UNESCO World Heritage protected Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. This newly opened lodge has stunning views stretching across to Rwanda and the Virungas. The Lodge consists of 10 stone cottages, each equipped with en-suite bathroom, hot and cold water and a fireplace. Each room is adorned with commissioned artwork from local artists. The main building has a laid-back reception, a dining room and a cozy, fire-lit bar. Tracks for the guided forest walks to meet the Mountain Gorilla start just a short walk from this spectacular boutique hotel.
