Day 1:
Take a flight to Punta Arenas, via Santiago. Hotel staff will meet you at Punta Arenas and then transfer you to Hotel Remota - a three hour scenic drive through the Patagonian landscape. On reaching the hotel you will check in as you begin to marvel at the beautfiul setting of the property.
Days 2-8:
Enjoy spending time in beautiful Patagonia. Local guides who are supplied through the hotel (cost of whom and the activities they organise for you is included in the quoted price) will be able to take you on excursions around the area. From trekking the moutnains, to walks up glaciers, along peninsulas and rivers and boat journeys on the deep blue lakes where you move around the huge icebergs that populate them, the choice is impressive.
Alternatively, you can enjoy walks and trekking on your own, but we would always recommend taking the advice and guidance from the local guides who know the area so well. If you simply want to relax the Hotel Remota is well set up to offer you a luxurious place to stay. Whether it is enjoying the excursions or relaxing, your days in Patagonia will give you a wonderful break.
Day 9:
Check out of Hotel Remota and take a return transfer to Punta Arenas before boarding your flight for Santiago and then onto home.
