  • Day 1:

    Arrive in Ciudad Bolivar, a historic city on the banks of the mighty Orinoco River, where you will spend the night.

  • Day 2:

    Travel to Santa Elena de Uairén in the midst of the Gran Sabana. This small town is home to several indigenous groups and a fascinating area to visit before you begin your trek.

  • Day 3:

    Start the six-day trip in to the ?Lost World? of Roraima, first in a 4x4 to San Francisco de Yuruani, then by trekking for five hours through the gentle hills of the savannah and over small creeks. Camp for the night on the banks of the River Kukenán.

  • Day 4:

    Continue trekking through the beautiful Gran Sabana landscape before arriving at the base of Roraima.

  • Day 5:

    Set off on a trek that crosses the steep Roraima wall diagonally. The trail passes a waterfall pouring down from the edge of a cliff hundreds of feet above. After five hours reach the summit.

  • Day 6:

    Spend the entire day exploring the unique landscape and ecology of Mount Roraima?s summit.

  • Day 7:

    Begin your seven-hour descent to the River Tek.

  • Day 8:

    Trek back to Paray-Tepuy, from where you will be driven to Santa Elena

  • Day 9:

    Return to Ciudad Bolivar where you will spend the night.

  • Day 10:

    Travel to Los Roques via Caracas. You will stay in the island?s best posada.

  • Days 11 - 12:

    Explore the islands at leisure. Enjoy incredible snorkelling and diving sites or simply sunbathe and relax.

  • Days 13 - 14:

    For ultimate luxury sail to deserted islands on your own private yacht.

  • Day 15:

    Begin your journey home.
