In an attempt to win over customers as the credit crunch continues to hit travel sales a London-based tour operator has dreamt up a new concept: holiday "aftercare".
Black Tomato has begun offering free extras, such as photo albums and beers when they return home "so they can show their friends and family the snaps over a few drinks".
The hardback albums are described as "snazzy" and can present 20 photographs over ten pages. Customers simply need to upload pictures to a confidential section of the Black Tomato website.
Regular travellers will also receive free "laundered suitcases" when they get back - a dry-cleaning service of all their clothes. A spokeswoman said: "We think aftercare is a great way of easing people through those first-day-back blues."
